Hi, I’m Wilma Figueroa. a Army veteran, Purpose Alignment Coach, Mentor and Author, I'm a mission to help faith- driven women over 50 who feel unfulfilled and out of alignment reconnect with who they are, discover their God-given purpose, so they can confidently step into their next chapter with clarity, peace, and confidence.

After serving 20 years in the U.S. Army, including two unforgettable years training civilians to become soldiers, I retired with the question "What's Next". I went from living with a clear daily mission to waking up wondering, "Now What"? My identity had been wrapped up in being a soldier that I didn’t know who I was outside the uniform. Maybe you know that feeling, that ache of unfulfilled potential, and the sense that something more is calling you but you don't know where to start. That’s why I became a Purpose Alignment Coach.

As a Purpose Alignment Coach, I guide faith-driven women over 50 move from confusion to clarity, spiritual disconnection to alignment , and the “Is this all there is?” question to I know my purpose. I will guide you in uncovering your God-given purpose using biblical principles so you can create a successful and deeply fulfilling life.

I believe the word potential carries divine weight. It’s a reminder of what God has already placed within you waiting to be uncovered and lived out. As my mentor John Maxwell says, “Everyone has potential, and what unlocks it is belief.”

That belief is at the heart of my 6R Realignment Method designed to help you renew your mind, reconnect with who you truly are, redefine who you are now, realign with with matters, reignite your passion and rise into action so you can live the life God is calling you to in this season.

My coaching is built on timeless, proven principles from the Maxwell Leadership framework, blended with faith, real-life experience, and the resilience I gained through years of military service. It’s not just theory it’s a lived, tested and proven method to help you step into your purpose with clarity, peace, and confidence.

I don’t just coach from knowledge, I coach from lived experience. I understand the emotional and spiritual shifts that come in this season because I’ve walked through them myself. And along the way, I’ve learned how to navigate them with grace, intention, and God’s grace.
