Hi, I’m Wilma Figueroa, an Army veteran, Purpose Alignment Coach, mentor, and author. I help faith-driven women over 50 reconnect with who they are, rediscover their God-given purpose, and move forward with clarity, peace, and confidence.
After 20 years in the U.S. Army, including two years training civilians to become soldiers, I faced my own “What’s next?” season. I knew who I was in uniform, but finding my identity beyond it took prayer, reflection, and growth.
That journey shapes how I coach today. Through my 6R Realignment Method, I help you renew your mindset, reconnect with what matters, reclaim your confidence, and take practical steps toward your next chapter.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy Florida sunshine with my husband, Alex, beach sunsets, volunteering, and quiet moments reflecting on God’s Word.
